When user paste content from cliporboard the text area field is getting updated but the model value is not getting updated.

@tejasrivastav I don't know why it happens, but for me it works fine.

chrome version: Version 57.0.2987.110 (64-bit)
would this cause any issue

my Chrome version is Version 60.0.3112.113
Safari Version 10.1.2 (12603.3.8)
and this works on android chrome (same version)
