Documentation needs improvement

• Docusaurus could definitely use finishing
• Combine npm install --save rxjs openai ragged in one line in the quickstart
• Add an introductory section to the docs that explains why this library exists & what problem it solves
• The README in the repo should not be a clone of the quickstart in docusaurus. Instead, it should be a bit more high level & link to the quickstart.
