[Docs]: convert AlertBanner.stories.js to TS

Description

  • Change AlertBanner.stories.js file extension to .tsx
  • Fix TS issues if exists (avoid using any)

Example similar file for reference: packages/core/src/components/Search/__stories__/Search.stories.tsx
