Occurred to me that having something in your handbook about accessibility would be useful. Do you do anything to support people with disabilities in your workplace? Do you have a policy on ICT purchases https://github.com/mgifford/a11y-contracting/
Can't do everything, but thought I'd put this out there as a suggestion.
