[Feature] Write X-I2P headers in HTTP server tunnel

By submitting this issue, I confirm the following:

  • I have read and understood the developer guide in kovri-docs.
  • I have checked that the issue I am reporting can be replicated or that the feature I am suggesting is not present.
  • I have checked opened or recently closed pull requests for existing solutions/implementations to my issue/suggestion.

Needed to fully resolve monero-project/kovri-site#4 on the server side of things.

What happens is that the client will send the usual browser headers, and then we will tack-on X-I2P headers for various server-side backend purposes. Referencing monero-project/kovri-site#94.

No, this is not a security flaw: the serving router already knows all of this public information. This feature is merely a courtesy for apps using the tunnel.
