Consider implementing "staff-only" EE controls

In Offline EE, the following controls are implemented for players to use:

• Shift L to unlock camera
• Shift YGHJ to move camera
• Shift + V + click to teleport to an exact spot

These are some controls that should be considered for implementing into the game.
