Integrate CxxProf in other Open Source projects

We should integrate CxxProf into as many OpenSource projects as possible. This has a lot of advantages:

• Collecting real-life data
• Testing if the integration is as easy as possible
• Testing if exotic cases work (what if there are methods defined that we also use, special Thirdparty, ...)
• Testing if our documentation (How to integrate CxxProf into your project) is complete
• Advertising the usage of CxxProf
