That download should include source code and dependencies already there so that the folder can be installed directly under a web server's docroot and looked at from a browser.

We need to be careful that we don't imply that one downloads Montage from a website instead of adding it as a package dependency.
As an idea, we could include a demo version of Montage in the download that has a banner saying "Run npm update to continue developing this demo", which would then transition people to using npm, and get the latest/non-demo version of Montage
