Make WAW list if potential supporters only linked for logged in users

We make it and internal (only logged in users) page. Both the map https://globalrec.org/waw/supporters (not working right now https://globalrec.org/waw/supporters) and the list (https://globalrec.org/waw/list-supporters/)

Ok. Done. The list of supporters (https://globalrec.org/waw/list-supporters/) is only linked for logged in users, but still available to anyone with the link.
