Do not download correct version in the plugins directory

When I downloaded version 3.5 r1 (2018032001) and loaded the Moodle it did not change the version, version 3.4 r1 was maintained.

Sorry for the confusion - this is because we always forget to update the human readable version (so the latest version is 3.4 r1 even though it is for later Moodle versions).
