Design differences in evaluation_view.php for Moodle 3.1 and 3.2

On the Left Moodle 3.1
On the Right Moodle 3.2

These differences appear due to the version of Bootstrap. Moodle 3.1 uses Bootstrap 3 while Moodle 3.2 uses the new Bootstrap 4.

The file js/start_carousel.js is responsible for building the carousel and the panel/card boxes below.
