Moon Test does not terminated

In #874 the command moon test --target all fails to terminate after all tests done (In my machine and CI) .
Total tests: 2727, passed: 2727, failed: 0.
Total tests: 2727, passed: 2727, failed: 0
But moon test terminates in my machine.
