Shortcut to toggle capturing system shortcuts without leaving the stream

While playing on the remote I usually keep all programs like browser, Discord etc. on my client, only the game is on host. So that to switch between windows fast I keep capturing of system shortcuts disabled. But it's Windows in the end. The host might require to do something out of the game window, like changing a setting, pausing notifications etc. to do these on the host I need to be able to use shortcuts like Windows, Alt+Tab on the host. I need to do CTRL + SHIFT + ALT + Q, go into Moonlight settings and enable capturing of system shortcuts, go into the stream again, do whatever I need, exit stream again, and then disable that setting back.

Describe the solution you'd like
A shortcut to toggle capturing of system shortcuts on the host, maybe such as CTRL + SHIFT + ALT + O, or another key that's free to use. That will toggle it on the fly and we will be able to adjust settings on the host without all the steps I explained above.
