Moonlight received no Audio and/or video data / black screen issue - fix?

Describe the bug
When running moonlight client on the same virtual network bridge (in my case vmbr0 in proxmox) as the sunshine host, you get the error "No audio and video was received, check firewall", and then moonlight closes. But will work with external devices (Legion Go, Laptop etc, wired or WiFi)
Steps to reproduce
run moonlight client on the same virtual network bridge (in my case vmbr0 in proxmox) as the sunshine host.
fix?
I passed through a pcie network adapter to my Sunshine host VM and now everything works as it should. I may work the other way around as well (moonlight client on pcie seperate pcie card).
Sorry, i didn't know where to put this and it has been plaguing me for months, with different GPUs, bios, uefi etc etc.
