Show 'health factor' on Home page for each stream

Health Factor will describe the balance in relation to how much the user can draw. Example: I have a monthly stream of 100, I have drawn 25 from it, my balance is 75/100 for a period of 3 weeks(example of weekly draw), we want to visually show this somehow.
