fix up ποῦ vs πού

There is only one place where lemma is πού:

There are seven places that the Tischendorf merge gives the Robinson code of ADV (as opposed to ADV-I) but the lemma is ποῦ.

Each of these needs to be reviewed as to whether it's ποῦ or πού:

• 021547 should be ADV-I
• 040138 should be ADV-I
