`index.md` pages should sort listed content alphabetically

Issue: Index.md pages do not list content alphabetically
Context: index.md files act as a folder-page for each folder in the wiki and contain a list of all folders and .md files contained within the index's respective folder. This list should be sorted alphabetically for ease of navigation. Currently it seems they are ordered either by date added or modified.
