Double check the sliders and connect them to Google spreadsheet

I already know the last 4 sliders are wrong but I need to revisit all of them as Jill is using formatting in the file my input for percentages should change between 0-1 not 0-100! I will take a nap and then get this fixed!

These are all fixed on my side now but I couldn't manage to link them inside GoogleSpreadSheet. @jmskurtz please see my comment in GoogleSpreadSheet and let me know your thoughts. I leave this open until with have it all sorted out.
