[BUG] Many of the links in the docs go to the wrong URL

Describe the bug

Many of the internal links in the docs are incorrect, and redirect to 'https://www.framer.com/developers/'.
The links are set to /docs/... when they should be /motion/...

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to https://www.framer.com/motion/introduction/##the-motion-component
  2. Click on 'the motion component' link.
  3. See error
