Tapo IPCam - Server returned 401 Unauthorized (authorization failed) BUT Motion detection screenshot is correct

Hi,
I have been using MotionEyeOS for years already.
I am using 0.41rc1, Motion version 4.2.2, motionEyeOS dev20190820
I have two cameras (TAPO external and a Tapo C210 internal) all setup correctly and they work fine.
I have just bought a third camera (TAPO C210) and since I already had a third camera, I stopped the motioneyeos server, edited the camera-1.conf, modified all the data etc and fired up the server again.
But the new camera can't be found, I always get the same error:
[3:ml3:Cantina] [ERR] [NET] netcam_rtsp_open_context: Normal resolution: Unable to open camera(Cantina): Server returned 401 Unauthorized (authorization failed)
With VLC, the stream works fine, so the credentials are correct, both for SD and HD.
I removed the camera and added it manually (via the GUI) but I get the same error.
I just don't know what to look for. Any ideas?
Thanks!
I just wanted to add that tonight I have received a notification for a motion detection on the camera for which I have the authentication failure. So basically MotioneyeOS cannot connect to the camera but it detects motion and even sends me a picture of the motion!
How can this be ?!
This is what I see in the web interface
But I gort the correct notification
On top, I have tried this command, and it works
[root@MotionEyeOS etc]# curl -s http://localhost:7999/1/detection/connection
Camera Cantina
Camera 1 -- Cantina Connection OK
