assh reports incorrect version

It looks like the hardcoded version number in version.go has not been updated for the last couple releases. Both assh --version and assh info incorrectly report "2.8.0+dev" on assh version 2.9.1.
The VERSION constant should probably be read from the $VERSION build arg.
