Firefox Lockwise and Firefox Preview strings not in Pontoon

A community contributor reported that there have been no new strings added to Pontoon for a while. He would like to see Firefox Lockwise, Firefox Preview, Firefox Private Network topics open for localization.

Landing page: https://support.mozilla.org/de/. In addition to the issue reported, footer area contains hard coded strings too.

I think we need to extract new strings from https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/, it's been a long time since the last extract on Dec 18, 2018. 61e0d09
