update docs about GMP, System Addons, and SuperBlobs

It looks like these haven't been updated to reflect a few things:

  1. The new System Addon blobs, which are no longer exactly the same as GMP blobs (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1275370)
  2. The point-to-a-specific-Release style of SuperBlobs (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1282898)
