To avoid conflicts between the pre-installed & newly installed python versions make sure you are carrying out this process in an venv(virtual environment)

Steps to Install Python 3.9 and the tts Package

### For Ubuntu/Debian-based Systems:

First, ensure that the deadsnakes PPA is added to your system to get Python 3.9:

sudo apt update

Verify the Installation :

python3.9 --version
