[Task]: remove `warning` property from PromotedClass

Description
We have a warning property on the PromotedClass in addons-server, that I guess was to centralize the information about the promoted classes, but it's completely disconnected from compared to what frontend defined in EXCLUDE_WARNING_CATEGORIES, so it's more harmful than helpful. Lets drop that property from the constants.

- If the issue is ready to work on, I have removed the "needs:info" label.
- If I have identified that the work is specific to a repository, I have removed "repository:addons-server" or "repository:addons-frontend"
