A few (teeny tiny) web page updates:
- Remove "We are now accepting applications for 2017 host organizations" from 2016 Fellows page; at top of the page
- Remove "We are now accepting applications for 2017 host organizations" from 2015 Fellows page; at top of the page
- Remove "We are now accepting applications for 2017 host organizations" from Overview page; under Host Organizations section
- Link FAQ tab to this Google document
