Delete crashstat ADI metric

The ADI metric was removed from the crashstats API. It's also going to be removed from pollbot so we should delete it here as well.
Using this issue to track work:
- Remove UI for Crashstats API
- Remove Pollbot python code for crashstats API
- Deploy new delivery-dashboard
- Deploy new pollbot: bug created

The delivery dashboard doesn't concern itself with which data to display, it will display everything that Pollbot sends it. So this needs to be fixed on Pollbot (see mozilla/PollBot#220).
I'm thus closing here.
