Default the save-page title to the domain name

When we save a new page from the devtools panel or, perhaps, the Corpus Collector, default the filename to the domain name of the page. In any case, it's more useful than "Untitled", and it's pretty distinctive on most problems. Matijs at Pocket requested this.
