How can i restore my firefox history

I'm trying to find out if theres a method to restore history for firefox on android phone. What I've found is with google search methods on desktop and found some methods on smartphone.

I tried implementing some of them one being typing browser.db in my site search field but doesn't work keeps giving me a broken link to a website.

This was a post of Firefox for Android's Support Forum. I have not found any fixes for this personally.
