Private Relay button conflicts with 1password button

Affected platforms:
macOS 13.0 (MacBook Pro 13-inch, M1, 2020)

Browsers tested on:
Firefox 106.0.5 (64-bit)

Preconditions:
The user is logged in to Firefox Relay on Firefox and is also logged in on 1Password extension (v. 2.3.8)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Google Accounts Sign In
2. Clic on the email address fielld

Actual result:
The 1Password button is displayed at the middle of the field, not to the right.

Expected result:
The 1Password button should be displayed next to the Relay button. Or, even better, it shouldn't even appear just like it doesn't appear on Outlook.com.

Notes:
This is not a problem if I disable the Relay extension.
