Need to wait on the deploy secret to be available before we can do this (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1595464).

This would be the tag to release: 9c8efb4.

I've released it manually, https://pypi.org/project/libmozevent/1.0.4/.

In the next release we'll see if the Taskcluster migration fully worked.
