Publish sphinx documentation

I have the doc branch running since August and I need to publish the documentation. There are some major changes. But here is the organization:

• getting started:
  • per-requisites
  • install using the script
  • launching services using the script
  • initialize db
  • shows the frontend
  • download a plugin and install a plugin
• guides:
  • inside minion
  • install minion-backend/ frontend
  • setup.sh usage
  • developing plugin
  • contribution
