I started times ago to a BootStrap 3 theme with the style of Mozilla.org, you can find here https://github.com/Mte90/MozStrap
I suggest a demo file that contain also the navbar and the form.
I started to work on a WordPress template with mofo-bootstrap theme and i see that are missing few parts.
