Describe the bug
"Add" page has visual and functionality regressions. I suspect it's something to do with Bootstrap uplift and the recentreact-tag-autocomplete uplift.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://www.mozillapulse.org/add
  2. Scroll down and notice that sizing of some fields look odd (see screenshot below)
  3. Adding/removing a tag in the "Tags" field results in JS errors (see screenshot below)
