Confirming password on Backpack account setup

When a user creates a backpack account we only ask them to create a password once - we should add in a second entry line so that we can ensure the user has entered the password they desire.
It would need to check that both match, if possible it would be good to add a visibility toggle that allows you to check what password you have entered (but this is an added extra not a need to have)
