Missing locale in production

I received an email from the Guaranì team, saying that their locale is not showing up in production.

Indeed, if you set you accept_languages to gn, es, en, en-US, it shows up in Spanish instead of Guaranì.

It's working as expected on DEV server.

I'm going to file an issue to add 4 new locales at 100%, there are also other pending updates to translations that would be nice to push out.

I verified that gn now works as expected. The reason it didn't work is that the previous changes (from November 2019), were never tagged and pushed to production.
