[Notes]:
- The issue is more visible without resizing the browser on small screens (eg: MacBook Pro 13inch).
- The issue is reproducible if the page is zoomed in.
- The issue is reproducible if the browser is vertically resized.

- Chrome 84.0.4147.105
- Firefox Release 79;
- Firefox Beta 80.0b1;
- Nightly 81.0a1;
- Safari 13.1.2
- Microsoft Edge 84.0.522.48.

[Prerequisites]:
- Be logged into the Send website with a valid FxA account.
[Steps to reproduce]:
- Open the Firefox browser and navigate to https://send2.dev.lcip.org/.
- Click the "Select files to upload" button and select multiple files.
- Click the "Upload" button.
- Copy the download link and open it in a new tab.
- Vertically resize the browser.
- Observe the "Report these files as suspicious" link.
[Expected result]:
- The "Report these files as suspicious" link is visible and displayed inside the "Download files" container.
[Actual result]:
- The "Report these files as suspicious" is not entirely visible.

I have verified this issue and is no longer reproducible. The "Report these files as suspicious" link is visible and displayed inside the "Download files" container if the browser is resized or zoomed id.
Tested on Firefox 79.0 release, Firefox Beta 80.0b2, Nightly 81.0a1, Chrome 84.0.4147.105, Edge Chromium and Safari 13.1.2, on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.14.6 and Ubuntu 20.04 x64.
