Feature .NET port of source-map

Hello,
I've done a .NET direct rewrite of this at https://github.com/delneg/source-map-sharp (initially for the Fable F#-to-JS compiler project).
It's not 100% complete, but SourceMapGenerator works & passes the tests.
Any chance it can be featured in this repo ?
