Wayland Session

I use kwin-thirds now for quite a while and I love it. I recently tried it in a Wayland session and something seems to break. The Window is moved around but not resized as expected.
Is it expected to run on Wayland and does break only on my specific setup?

I've never tried it on Wayland, but since this plugin is just some Javascript against KWin APIs, I'd expect it to work. Maybe KWin.PlacementArea (used here) works differently on Wayland 🤷‍♂️
