Support for more "invasive" alerts

One of things I've stopped using todo.txt for a while is the lack of support for "invasive alerts". Those alerts should pop up on your phone even if your phone is locked. That way, we can't forget a single task. Otherwise we have to open the app every single time.
Also, a simple notification I don't think is enough.
Maybe displaying a pop up would be better.

You can sync todos with due dates with your calendar. Your calendar will then generate an alert. Would that work for your use case?

Hi Sir.
Maybe? Would you recommend an app for me? I've tried a lot of them. All apps show me some discrete notification.
I needed something that would pop up. There's a commercial todo list app that actually does that, but I don't wanna trust my lists to them.

It doesn't pop up, but I have configured it to make a noise every minute until I dismiss it. I assure you it is difficult to miss.

@g3434343 you can enable Calendar sync in Simpletask itself. And the calendar gives a popup. Not sure what else you need.
