Cron Job?

If I run this on my Pi does it have to run via cron job to automatically run, or once I run the command it runs?

Running it with cron job to start scanning when you turn on the Pi or in a particular moment is possible but why you shouldn't be able to run it with a proper command?

That's how I use it right now, when i want some privacy I just start the script.

PS. Once the script is running it loops until someone shows up and then it suicide, anyway it can be easily changed to loop endlessly if that's needed.
