SVN: PDF pages do not update in fullscreen.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch to full screen
2. Scroll down three pages
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Full-screen mode does not change page, whilst the window view does change
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Previous patch had bug:
Menu bar remained disabled when exiting fullscreen mode. Attached patch fixes
that error.
Also, report should read SVNr38.
