gtest without install

Closed this issue · 1 comments

This is more a request for documentation.

Since you don't recommend to install gtest anymore, how is your advice to
compile gtest in a linux/cmake/buildbot environment. (here the location of
gtest ist not accessible with relative paths to the source code which you want
to test).
Should we include the gtest source code into every project :) Should it be in
/usr/src.
Some advice in the FAQ would be nice!

cheers, manfred
