What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. mkdir build
2. cd build
3. ccmake ../
4. checkinstall

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting to successfully install gtest.
What I got is:

Installing with make install...

========================= Installation results ===========================
make: *** No rule to make target `install'. Stop.

**** Installation failed. Aborting package creation.

Cleaning up...OK

Bye.

What version of Google Test are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using the current subversion, namely
svn checkout http://googletest.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ gtest-svn
OS: Ubuntu 12.04

Please provide any additional information below, such as a code snippet.
N/A.
