[feature request] Add the possibility set-up user defined questions.

In the Vscode settings add a prompt that allows the user to set up custom questions about the highlighted portion of text.

These questions should be added to the menu, together with the default questions.

This is a brilliant suggestion! Personally I would like chatgpt to write docstrings to my python code, which is slightly different from the "Document CodeGPT" which currently exists. I guess there are more similar cases were this feature request would be suitable.
