Symbolic coefficients error

When running epsilon-prepare, I get the message

polynomial has symbolic coefficients. @ (373,1)

and the output is empty.
However, using Mathematica's Variables[] on the matrix gives {ep,x}, so there is nothing wrong with the entry {373,1}.

Nevermind, I understood the error message now. The denominator doesn't factorize in eps and x.
