The mouse feels very sluggish

Not sure what you mean, you can always increase mouse sensitivity and enable\disable smoothing in options menu.

I think this is the mouse smoothing which is on by default. I turned it off and the mouse is fine though feels less smooth than in other games even though i never use mouse smoothing in them - OTOH maybe it's because i only get 20-30 FPS in rusty-shooter. It should probably be investigated when it's more optimized.

Regarding this issue - i think mouse smoothing should be off by default until it's improved so it doesn't feel delayed.
