SLMOD activation on two servers

Hello, I wanted before explaining my problem that I am French I have a lot of trouble with English ... So I go through a translator.
The problem I encounter is the following, I followed the installation guide, a SLmod folder has been created when I launch my 2 dedicated servers the sl mod is not activated...
I specify that my 2 servers are on the same machine. but at launch nothing appears in the chat ...
Do you know where this can come from? Thanks in advance:)
