Notes for the deterministic wiki:

If you set the number of people in the intervention category to be 0 prior to interventions starting, the prevalence will be higher after ITNs are switched on. This is because as people in the net category die they will be reborn in S with no nets, so we lose nets in the build up to ITNs being switched on. So FOIv will be higher.

The current version correctly captures the distribution of nets after ITNs switched on. It would be clearer to have a bulk move of people at time of ITN switch on.
