See the project for a long time not updated, the project was still going on?In which version of firefox + firebug can use?

No work is on-going or planned for this project.
The last time it was tested was with Firebug 1.7 (and the Firefox versions that it ran on), so there is no guarantee it will even install in the latest Firebug / Firefox.

The plugin cannot be installed in current Firefox (49) as it is not verified / signed.
